Marble Dessert Dining focuses on Dessert Focused Dining Experience created by a combined vision from Mauro Pompili’s and Maya Sittsuntorn’s diverse backgrounds that merges together to express their passion in different but perfectly complementary ways. His exposure to high-level world wide professional experience in pastry, and her unique perspective as a well-trained designer lead them to pay attention to the finer details. The couple balance and blend their visions together into their dishes and to the ambience of the space around it. They believe in the beauty of simplicity. The talented duo focuses on the freshness of the seasonal ingredients.
